The service was excellent, with a great location, great staff, breakfast was very good so was lunch. You have all the standard spa facilities and more.
Great location.Very close to the city center but at the same time you cannot feel this way. Great nature around,fresh air,birds and great views from the room we were staying.

Great location, in the middle of a pine forest, excellent SPA facilities, plenty of saunas and pools, playground area for the kids, quality food, good restaurant.
The hotel facility was exactly as was described, thus no unpleasant surprises. The staff was very kind and cooperative, polite and was great to communicate with them. I would recommend the place, especially the cost per room. It was 45 BGN and compared to the quality of the facility, I can say that it was even cheap.
very budget hotel, wihtout fridge, wihtout kettle, wihtout strongbox, poor breakfast. but good spa and location in the forest

It’s in a great location between the trees and on top of the hill with great views. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hot towels are just a bonus.
