I had the best time staying here over the long weekend. The hostel is nicely set up with a large kitchen, games room, deck overlooking the bay, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows at night. It was so tranquil waking up to birdsong in the morning and spotting wallabies in the field. The coffee and kayak rental was excellent as well. Hoping to revisit in the warmer months!

The hostel has a great location! There’s always at least one staff in case you need any help, free dinner every day and it’s perfect to socialize with other backpackers. All in all a place to recommend!
Probably one of the best hostel vibes I’ve experienced. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. The train station, light rail and buses are also close. I liked the various daily social activities the hostel provided and the free breakfast. The dining area is also a great way to meet people and is always lively. Bunk beds are quite big ( much bigger than standard) with curtains, charger and lamp.
The mattress was comfortable. There were lockers to put your valuables in the room (must have own lock/key). There were large storage pull out drawers under the bunk beds for your belongings. The staff were quick to respond when messaged. The small kitchen has been recently modernized. You must order towels on the Goki app if needed in advance. Cannot get immediately on arrival as depends on housekeepers availability. The hostel is kept clean. Felt safe.
So social, safe, clean, and not that primitive. Best hostel I’ve stayed at yet, and I’ve been to a lot.
It is honestly the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are really comfy, the wifi is great and everything’s clean, of course the bathrooms are in use, so it’s not always a 100% but as what I saw, they get cleaned regularly. Great location as well and the staff or/and the management are so helpful as I had a few questions and things to figure out. I appreciated that a lot.
It was very reasonable, a hostel that felt safe and clean and suitable for people older than your usual backpackers. The breakfast was great and really helped us save money on our travels. The private room was very nice and a good size.
Friendly staff, answered queries quickly. Great location, nice rooftop view by the harbor with easy access to city trams and within walking distance of restaurants. Comfortable beds with clean linen. Provided a small locker, mini fridge (shared) and personal lamp and charging ports by the bed. Hot water in the shower. Female only facility is good for safety and security. Overall, cheap, great value for money.

If you are a backpacker/tourist like me that is on a budget, this hostel is for you! Accommodation is incredibly cheap, great ambience and atmosphere. The rooms are on high standard regardless what you’ve paid for. One thing I love the most is that it is close to everything like shopping centre, restaurants, railway station as well as close to Sydney Opera House and other tourist attraction.
