I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 300 metres from Grazer Landhaus. Great room and facilities, quiet and cosy environment, friendly and helpful staff. The common area was also a great spot for working. The breakfast was great with vegan and vegetarian options and correct prices. The Fancy Lax meal was phenomenal!

Good connection to public transport. Great location in between Altausseer see and Grundlsee, while still far enough to be in a quiet. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, staff was kind and helpful. Extremely good value for the room price. Recommended.

Clean and modern, great location, parking is very convenient. Helpful and friendly staff. We might take the train next time as it’s literally next to the station, you can see the platform from your room if you’re on the non-street side! There is an empty fridge provided in the room instead of having to worry about removing or reshuffling minibar items. I have no idea why non-luxury hotels in cities still persist with stocked minibars!?
Everything is perfect. It's a great place to stay. It's even better than hotel. If you will come with a big family better to rent full 6-person room and stay there for good price. Location is 4 minutes walk to train station. Everything very close. The best hostel in Graz. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Every day cleaning. I'm recommend.
The best hostel in Graz. Everything was perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly. 24/7 reception. Bed are comfortable. Toilets and shower are separate and very clean. It's only 7 minutes walk to the train station. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Price is very good. I had amazing stay in Graz!
