Everything was good right from the location, to cleanliness, facilities, good staff behaviour. It’s located just 5 mins walking distance from Al Wahada bus terminal which is the most important bus terminal in Abu Dhabi. From there you get bus for everywhere including Dubai. The hostel has kitchen where you can cook. Lots of cheap restaurants nearby also.
Probably the best hostel in UAE. Very clean, quiet. The location is great. Very friendly, helpful guys on reception.
The worst staff the I never found in 15 years of travels, the famale manager in front of the dormitory talk loudly about of my cheapest choice of room, I just requested if a lower bed was available and the answer was: “You pay the cheapest choice on booking you deserve the upper bed” I NEVER HEARD SOMETHING LIKE THAT, AND THERE ISN’T IN THE STATEMENT OF BOOKING, otherwise upper bed was totally unsafe cause there aren’t barriers (look the photos)
Locatoin is good, 15 min walk to Central Bus Terminal, bus stop near hostel At least it is separate space for bunk bed price
The manager Shoaib could not do enough for me. He was fantastic! I was a female travelling alone arriving early hours in the morning and he arranged a cheap transfer and I was taken to my accommodation safely and breakfast was ordered the next morning. I had clear directions and suggestions for activities in the day. I had a comfortable sleep and all facilities were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return 😃
The hotel offered free busses to the main attractions, which was nice. But it could be better organized, they use a first come first serve principle but when the bus arrived everybody just ran. The pool was nice and the breakfast was plenty. The area around the hotel is not very populated but clean and safe. There are many public busses to the city center (very cheap!), but they take around an hour.
The host was really caring. It's a partionned room so better than a dormitory. Direct bus from and to the airport, but it takes one hour (really cheap bus though) Many super cheap and good restaurants in the area
