Very organized and clean. The staff know what they’re doing and are excellent handling customers. I forgot my backpack at the hostel and of course I was worried it might have been stolen already. But the staff made sure to secure it and store my bag until I was able to pick it up. I’m extremely grateful for this.

The place is a great stay in New Orleans and at a good price. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the facilities were clean. Although I didn't use the pool, it looked very nice! Commuting was easy as the streetcar stop was a two minute walk and there are plenty of buses running on that main street as well.
