I never partook of the breakfast, so I cannot comment about that here, BUT I was SO very impressed by this hostel's concept, cleanliness, service, pricing, friendliness, and comfort. From the moment I read the story of the owners, I had instant respect for them and the gift they offer to each traveler. Having traveled extensively for years, I genuinely appreciate this hostel. When I got locked out of my room, a very helpful man at the front desk (who just happened to be one of the owners) helped me and even upgraded my room. This place is an embracing and safe space to land. I will definitely return again.

Location was very, very good. Main squaire is just a couple of minutes away. Cafe bar at the rooftop is comfortable and very relaxing. Staff was really friendly and explained everything to us.

I was travelling with my son so we had a twin room: our 8th on an overland journey from Nice. “OMG Mum, these are the most comfortable beds we’ve had for the entire trip!” Apart from our lovely room with a view of lots of green, we loved the kitchen and the staff, not only because they were so friendly, helpful and kept the place spotlessly clean, but also because someone was at the reception desk 24/7. The location was perfect, only 2-minutes walk to the Dragon Bridge in the old town centre.
