Very central, quiet, comfy beds. It was the first good nights sleep I had in days! I had to use blankets to block the light from the window however.. why does nobody in Northern Europe ever have proper curtains!! Great kitchen facilities as well… and the shower had tsunami force pressure…. I would definitely book again.

Really big room in a very nice and cosy hotel. Well located in one of the main streets, close to a lot of restaurants. Easy to find some cheap parking spots around for our car.

Comfortable room, nice furnishings. Bathroom with excellent amenities including a real bath. Mini fridge in the room was nice. Tea/coffee/cocoa always available in the guest lounge, which was also very comfortable - and included books and games. Great location.

The best and cosiest hotel in Östersund! Great location and in an plder building which gives it character. But the absolute best part of staying at hotel Emma is the breakfast! So mich to choose from and organic/locally produced products. We keep on coming back anytime we are in town.

As usual everything: clean and comfy room, cozy lobby, wonderful breakfast, great location and friendly staff. What else? Despite the economic crisis and unlike lots of businesses, Hotell Östersund has kept quality to a high level. Thanks a lot for your effort. We will come back

Location is very central, 1 min walk from airport bus stop. Very good sound proof (if not on Friday or Saturday night when the night club on the ground floor is open). Very good ventilation, no need to open windows when it is below zero outside. There was no kettle in the room, but on the ground floor there is a coffee machine with free coffee, tee and biscuits available 24 hr. The breakfast is excellent, including omelette, bacon, meatballs and sausages. Almost no pastries though, too unhealthy probably ))
