When I had to return my rental car earlier than expected, Mr. Costa promptly returned the rental fees without any fuss. Moreover, he was a tremendous help in a challenging situation. my entire week at Jaca was fantastic. On arrival I was instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff and wider crew (and their friends) are all incredibly nice and friendly people and the hostel seems to attract like minded guests. I went alone but by the end of the week felt as though I had made some new connections which was exactly what I had hoped to do. The hostel is bright and clean and in a beautiful location in a charming town. i will definitely visit again in future!
