I wanted a cheap hotel for one night not far from the motorway. This looked ideal. I arrived at 12.30am and the reception staff were really friendly, the room was clean and the water was hot. The a/c was on which I didn't expect. I didn't have breakfast but reception had coffee.
All in all, great value and a short walk to the services for food and drink.
