Basic in the best way - had all the essentials and no frills, so it was great value. Sparkling clean and large kitchen, plenty of communal space, and we loved the secret cinema room! About 20mins drive from Whakapapa and 10mins from the national park village - all in all a great location for the price.

So, if you've got a bargain price, be realistic and manage your expectations. This is a GREAT low key place to stay. It has everything you need and more. RESPECT

The accommodation was nice and tidy. Great location if you want to go to the ski fields. Friendly and helpful staff. It was helpful that information was sent to us beforehand, so we knew what to expect regarding checking in, where the room was, where to park, etc.
