The best hostel during my whole trip: Really clean, well equiped rooms and bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the owner was friendly and supportive (he even printed out a form for my university). Moreover, we could use the kitchen for our own food and were even given some fresh fruits for free.

Our stay here was a dream :) We arrived late but we were welcomed wonderfully. We talked for a while and had a wonderful deeptalk session with our lovely host. She has an amazing energy and makes you feel at home and at peace :) The room and the rest of the homestay were decorated beautifully with much love put into every detail. The room was so cozy and comftable and the view in the morning into nature is just beautiful. We are grateful for such an amazing stay - thank you very much <3

The owner is one of the nicest people i met during my trip! Not pushy, recommends you good places to go. I was female solo traveler and this is the place to go in Kandy! Super safe! Great location, you can walk down to the lake over stairs within 5 min. Very spacious house with great public areas to hang out and have food.

The environment was very chic and clean. First day I stayed in dorm and the room was clean, comfortable bed, bathroom in good and clean condition. Then I decided to stay in the next day through booking.com for the deluxe private room. It was amazing with comfortable bed, ample space and clean. Besides, the location it’s so strategic and you can just go to Kandy lake just by walking distance.

The staff were amazingly Helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The included breakfast was very nice and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were perfectly adequate for what we needed and the main lounge area was very nice hang out area. Good size room, comfy bed, great air con, bathroom had all facilities as required and everything was very clean and tidy. Great location for the city and lake etc. Would highly recommend staying for a low budget stay.
Definitely the best stay we had in Sri Lanka. An idyllic and beautiful place we’ve only seen in the movies so far. The hosts are super lovely and recommended us things to do and places to eat at that are authentic and charge local prices.
Definitely drive with the host’s go-to Tuk Tuk driver Gehan. He is super sweet and careful of your safety in Kandy plus you won’t find any cheaper Tuk Tuk anyway. All in all 10/10.

The value you get in this property is the best so far I've had for a hostel/dorm. It came with free breakfast and dinner! It had hot water, AC and free towels. Although the facility itself is not "vibey", it is clean and comfortable located in a safe and pretty accessible from the main area/city center. You also do get to meet other people as dinner and breakfast are served along with other guests.
Very clean & nice accommodation in a good location close to the railway station :) As a female solo-traveller I felt super safe. The hostel has a cute rooftop & the bathroom is amazing. The owners are super nice & friendly, help where they can & even took care of my staff whilst I was travelling the country. Definitely recommend it!

I have no hesitation in saying this - it is the best hostel to stay if you’re in Kandy! Very social, aforable doggos, value for money, lovely hosts and great location. I would go back again and again!
Breakfast and dinner were included in the price! Also the owner invites all the guests to a cookery lesson in the evening to learn about Sri Lankan food and meet the other guests. They also had a lovely pool which was a great bonus when your in the jungle setting. This is a great backpackers budget hostel with lovely friendly staff.
