Very kind & helpful manager Kim with friendly family & staff! They speak good English. My buget room was clean, AC and WiFi worked very well, shower has warm water! The guesthouse is well located and quiet. Overall very good value for money. tours at a good price are available. if you need a tuktuk, ask for kims brother! I stayed longer than planned, because I felt very comfortable there!

I booked a pod room, I was right next to the air condition in the top bunk, I kept the door slightly ajar and was cool all night, slept like a baby. Probably lucky with other travelers staying there as no loud noises
