We stayed for many days here. Perfect location especially for families with sport tendencies. A few minutes walking distance to supermarkets and shops and little more to the town center, train/bus stations and central park. The room price is great for what you get in return, can't ask for more! The owner is friendly. Definitely recommended, and will stay again when in lovely Borjomi!

Loved this place. Perfect location, right on the river and middle of the tourist district. Room was basic but comfortable, has a nice desk for working. Good wifi but coverage depends on the room. Wonderful balcony overlooking the river, great for working or just relaxing. The staff is a group of kindly women, though they speak no English at all. I ended up extending 4 nights I loved the place so much. Even in July, room never felt hot.

Very comfortable rooms, great location in the center on Borjomi. Very nice rooftop space with chairs and tables. The service was great and the host was very hospitable. Really good breakfast. Parking is available.

I was almost put off booking because it was so very cheap (more like a hostel price than a hotel). I'm really glad I came! The large balcony and the view of the town and hills was amazing. Davit was very welcoming when I arrived and also arranged a tour to Vardzia and provided a lovely breakfast on my 1st morning. Location is great.

Great location in front of a small green park, new hotel and very clean, staff very friendly, as previous customers mentioned I confirm the owner is very kind and helpful, he answer immediately for any enquiry. thanks for the good and safe stay. Breakfast is served in another hotel for 10 GEL per person. Good value of money.
