Conveniently located just 5 miles from Heathrow Airport and a mere 8-minute drive from the renowned Twickenham Stadium, Heathrow Stay offers the perfect combination of affordability and comfort for travellers seeking a budget-friendly accommodation option near London's major attractions.

I really cannot understand the unfavorable reviews. It's clearly stated in the description that the rooms are above a pub (and a VERY nice one), which means that until midnight it will of course be loud. After the pub closes, it gets completely quiet. My suggestion is to just take profit of this fact and have a good pint before going to bed! For that price and the excellent location on the Piccadilly line, I wouldn't ask for more. The building is a very beautiful, old English house, which I found very charming. The staff at the reception has been very professional, kind and fast. Check-in was instant. The room was very comfortable and with everything one can need.

Popular points of interest near Barmy Badger Backpackers include Victoria and Albert Museum, South Kensington Underground Station and Royal Albert Hall. The nearest airport is London City Airport, 20 km from the hostel.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they accommodated my late night arrival, and kept my bag on the last day until I left for the airport so I wouldn’t have to carry it all day. Breakfast was good, toast, selection of spread, fruits, cereals and tea and coffee. If you’re visiting for the first time and want to do the main attractions in the city centre you’ll have to get a bus or underground at some point but the hostel is a 15 mins walk away from beautiful Hyde Park and a few of the museums. Really convenient Sainsbury supermarket 2 minutes away for essentials and there’s loads of nice places for food in that same street. Common areas are clean, cosy and welcoming. I stayed in a 6 bed room and there’s everything you need there, large locker/wardrobe, the beds are comfortable and the room is pretty large so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic at all even sleeping in the top bunk bed.

This YHA hostel is 5 minutes’ walk from Earl’s Court Tube Station. It offers affordable accommodation ranging between shared dorms to private rooms, a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi access and a TV lounge.

The majority of rooms contain bunk beds.

The room was perfect for our family with one child. Plenty of space, individual bed lamps meaning we could stay awake after our child had gone to sleep. Location was amazing. During tube strikes we could walk to everywhere we needed togo.

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
