I recently stayed at this lovely rural hotel and had a wonderful experience. Even though I arrived late, the host welcomed me warmly, which made me feel right at home.
The food was delicious, especially the shrimp with scrambled eggs, and the wine selection was great. The cozy leather sofa in the lounge was incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay, with great hospitality, tasty food, and a beautiful setting in the mountains. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Caro and Alejandro were very friendly and helpful. We had a day of rain and Caro suggested a wonderful visitor's centre where we spent the afternoon. The evening meal was excellent, both the a la carte and the included menu. Caro is a fantastic chef. And much of the produce is local or grown in their garden. There were good walks from the auberge, which is in a really beautiful setting.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
