I waw forced to download an app to get keys. This took a long time (with low phone battery) and then was not reliable. When I wanted to go to bed (around 23.30) the room door wouldn't open, the app said no door detected. So I had to sleep on the couch in the living are which was very cold because the building is not insulated. Was very happy to leave in the morning.
