The key safe was easy to find and a video showed and told you where the garage was... In Spanish . Josh also gave written instructions in English but it took me sometime to work out where everything was and how to access it
More than adequate. Great location. Clean. Kettle for tea. Comfy bed. Super receptionist, Ulatz, was very helpful, warm and accommodating. We stayed twice and were happy to go back.

The host was brilliant and so helpful, I was very grateful for her assistance and she spoke perfect English. The room was great, beautifully presented and clean - and it included tea and coffee - something that is often missing from rooms, but much appreciated. Great location in the heart of the old town.
