This hostel is clean, comfortable and friendly. You really feel like you’re part of the family here. It’s a great location in Leticia, near to everything you need and the staff are so helpful. The biggest bonus of this hostel is that they do the most incredible amazon tours - they actually partner with a local indigenous community to provide the tours, so you get a real authentic amazon experience while supporting local communities. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget and I’m so grateful for La Jangada for providing it for me.

Great location, walking distance to town center, short distance to airport. Very quiet. Next to police department and military base, feel very safe.Spacious room with fans and air conditioning , comfortable bed. The Hostel is very simple and not luxurious. It's cheap and the staff is very friendly. i did not like the cats and dogs walking around because they smell, but it comes with the stay. Room was fine. No AC but an Fan was sufficient. I did not expect much but is was enough for one night.

The facility is intimate, it makes you feel at home from the first step. Johnatan, the professor and the rest of the staff will make the rest of the magic. This is the best hostel that I aver visited in Colombia so far in my almost 2 months of travel. The energy of it together with that of the forest is almost graspable.
On top of that, Johnatan is a great tattoo artist therefore if you are into tattoos this atmosphere would be perfect for a new one!

One of the best hostels in Colombia. For sure will be your second home in Leticia. Jonathan, who runs the place together Romel and Esquelin which are just like brothers make you feel at home. With their beautiful peacful garden, delicious cocktails and the best music. Moreover Jonathan can connect you to travel agencies or make the arrangements for you to stay in Indigenous communities and many other stuff. Wait to come back to Leticia to meet my new friends again. Thank you :)
Really helpful and friendly staff. They helped us book the tour (Went with Sebastian, overall happy with the tour we got, ask for William as a guide if possible. His english is spot on, he's a good laugh, we felt safe throughout and he's a crazy dude who made the tour very exciting throughout).
The hostel is very clean, breakfast was decent, quiet at night. We even stayed there again after the jungle tour ended.
