Carolina was very flexible with the check-in since I arrived a bit later due to the fact I got lost in Santiago. Also, she upgraded my room for free. I totally recommend it. It’s a great place to meet fellow travelers with lots of rooms and common spaces. I had a particularly nice experience. I’d lost my phone days before (that wasn’t the nice part) and the manager, Victoria spend hours on end helping me find a replacement. She even ended up taking me right across town to help me pickup a secondhand phone. She was brilliant and a real life saver. I can’t recommend Victoria and her hostel enough.
