Set 800 metres from the Market Square in Bruges, Snuffel Youth Hostel is housed in a modern-style building with an interior garden and terrace. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The hostel has a bar, where guests can try various types of Belgian beer. Both hostel and bar only accept card payments.

From the staffs, to the room who has a space enough for everyone, the facilities, the hostel itself, the location.. everything!! I wouldn’t think twice to book there again if I ever come back to Bruges.

It’s my second time staying at a saint christophers inn, the first time was at Edinburgh, both times it’s been excellent, although the breakfast at Edinburgh was a little better. But overall the quality and amiability and price is unbeatable

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

I stayed in a shared room and it was very comfortable. I found the bathrooms very clean and good to use - as they are outside the room, they do not disturb other guests. The same goes for the closets, which precede the beds, and this helps not to disturb other people's rest. The staff in general was friendly. The hostel is in a great location. The breakfast was simple but very good. A positive point is also the possibility of leaving luggage in a locker after or before check-out.

Klaas helpful. Sara delightful. Somewhere safe to store bike. Lots of details for things in Bruges. Very peaceful. Not got the convenience of being in the city centre and it was further to walk than we realised but of course it was much cheaper because of that. Lovely bathroom

Reasonable size room for 2 adults and 2 children. Hostel was close to the city centre and had a safe space outside for kids to run around. Basic breakfast as expected for a hostel. Free parking which was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We are an older couple travelling around Europe by train. At Snuffel youth Hostel we were made to feel very welcome. It was in a great location, just around the corner from the beautiful square in Bruges. The room was very spacious and clean. We would have loved to stay there longer but unfortunately we had to leave early the following morning.

beautiful hostel in a GREAT location (literally not even 10 minutes to the central square of Brugge) and the beds and rooms were really comfortable. bathrooms were nice and clean too and best hostel showers I have seen (they actually have a door so your clothes don’t get wet!). very reasonably priced bar as well and a big kitchen / dining area. I also felt safe in this hostel as a female traveller.
