Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Everything. Beautifully restored old building furnished appropriately and in perfect taste.
Everything provided, beds, linen, even toilet paper, was of the highest quality. Breakfast supplies with tea and good coffee were plentiful and available to guests at all hours. Our host was charming and available and helpful at all times. Also great location, lovely garden and quiet.
Great location, lovely fire inside and well-kept garden. Host was very attentive and made sure we were given snacks even though we wouldn't be around for breakfast.
Great location, few minutes drive from Katoomba, very close to Evans Look out. Place is very new with digital key system. Breakfast buffet was great in the restaurant next to the fireplace. Hot tub is available outside (booking needed). Parking is free. Family room is excellent with a small fridge, expresso machine and a double bunk bed that can accommodate 2+1 kids. Perfect for families.
Enough space for a single person and for anyone on a budget and it was a great location.
