The centre of Villach is a 10-minute walk from the Jugend- und Familiengästehaus, which offers simply furnished rooms. Breakfast and half-board are available, and at a surcharge, a sauna can be used.

A common TV room is at guests' disposal, and table tennis is also available at the Jugend- und Familiengästehaus Villach.

There was an extra room where we could park our bikes. The breakfast was delicious with good variety of food to choose from. We were also allowed to keep our baggage in the back office after the checkout.

    Very large and comfortable room for a youth hostel. The lady at the reception was very friendly. As I mentionned a late arrival, she phoned me 45 minutes before my expected arrival to make sure I shall arrive before 10 PM and she waits for me. In the morning the attendant of the kitchen allow me to get my breakfast half an hour before the official open time, because I had to catch an early train

    It is the youth hostel not the hotel, don't expect too much... But it has a very good location and is sufficient as a transit overnight stay, close to the highway. Breakfast is very good. Very nice receptionist, good contact.
