Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Clear communication before arrival, the owners were flexible and had no issue with our late arrival (8 pm).
Warm welcome from the owners at the place, they showed us the house, which is just perfect for 2 families. All new, fully functional, spotlessly clean, all equipment you can possibly think of is available (kitchen appliances and utensils, coffe, tea, changing table, books, toys…).

Amazing hotel, very nice and cosy rooms (apartments), close to the cable car (even walk is ok), sauna/wellness in place, very friendly staff, safe area where is no problem to let children go out alone and play in snow.
Great location, excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Flexible check-in, remember to contact hostel so they can arrange this - noone on reception after 5pm. This isn't a problem, arranging a later check in worked easily with a quick phone call. A guest kitchen allows guests to bring & cook own food, which really keeps down costs on an expensive ski holiday.
