Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. The place is nice and have a lovely terrace. Rooms themselves were okay, but definitely clean and well-maintained.
