Not to mention, their adorable cat, Zoe, who adds an extra touch of warmth to the environment. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, and the staff are always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend Tranquility Stay to anyone visiting Hanoi. It truly made my stay unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the amazing Stella, her wonderful family, and the entire team. Five stars all the way!

I booked a Mika homestay as I wanted to stay away from the old quarter and see the real alley of Vietnam. I hadn't expected the homestay to be that beautiful honestly but it just exceeded my expectations. It was super cozy and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable and soft and I couldn't leave by just staying one night so I extended my stay. The host, Ms. Mika, will definitely be in my Hanoi's best memory. She is so very hospitable and friendly. She added beauty in my stay. Instructions are clearly written and mentioned in the room so you wouldn't need to worry even if she is not around. Things to do/places to visit are clearly mentioned in their insta page. Lots of eateries nearby. Will definitely check in on my next visit.

It is set 300 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and features a lift. The homestay has family rooms. We really enjoyed Hanoi Saga Hotel. The location is perfect to explore old town by foot, but also quite easy to get to! The little side street is small and relatively quiet, making it quite peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle from Hanoi. All of the staff where super helpful and they helped us getting an airport transfer and some cheaper simcards. Additionally, if you have any questions, they were always willing to help. We were able to leave our bags there during our last day as well. Bedrooms were nice and clean.
