Our unit (RM 301) has a balcony facing the night market, the heavy patio door is soundproof. The staff was nice and friendly, and the bed was conformtable.

The homestay has family rooms. The location was great, right in the heart of the night market. The staff members were very quick at responding, welcoming, and accommodating. They let us luggage storage after check-out for a few hours. The room was spacious, beds were very comfy. The room was also very clean and had working AC. The hotel has a bar downstairs from 7pm-1am, but you cannot hear anything from the second floor.

Guests at the homestay can enjoy an American breakfast, and breakfast in the room is also available. Owners were flexible and friendly. Room was exactly like the photos. everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes! Very clean and bed was comfortable. We had a large dog with us and with a pet fee of $200, they allowed us to have her upstairs with us. we rented a balcony room which was the highlight of the room and both our dog and us, we were happy with this lovely space.
