The property features mountain and inner courtyard views, and is 11 km from Zelve Open Air Museum‎. The homestay has family rooms. This hotel stay was a wonderful experience. The meals were all homemade by the hostess/proprietor Eser. The breakfasts were exceptional, and the optional dinners (paid extra) were very good. Very generous portions. Eser was a wealth of information for things to do, and she worked very hard to help us with anything we needed. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. We would recommend this place to anyone and would not hesitate to stay there again. Be aware, there is a very short but steep hill, with uneven cobblestones for part of it, to climb to and from the property (which is located below street level), so may be a challenge for some with mobility issues.

Sendian-guesthouse in Avanos provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the guest house's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Sana is a great host, she was very kind and helpful. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, as it was very close to all the landmarks. Would definitely come back to this place.

Located in Avanos, Hikmet's House is set in a renovated old mansion. The property has a terrace and private courtyard including a historical well with drinking water. You can enjoy mountain and river views from some of the units. everything was perfect instead of internet was always cutting out but it’s fine for me

Close to everything and the breakfast/ restaurant was outstanding ! Host hooked us up with a great price on Hot air ballon ride.

The hotel is just 2 km from Goreme Open Air Museum and 5 km from Rose Valley. This stay could not have been better! Apo asked how he could help- whether it be tour suggestions, directions, airport pick-up— whatever we needed he responded instantly. They helped with booking several tours (air balloons) and transfers and even helped with currency exchange. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The family-run Anatolia cave hotel Pension provides affordable accommodation in Goreme’s fairy chimney caves. It offers free internet access, Turkish cuisine and a shuttle service from Kayseri and Nevsehir. Wonderful stay! Staffs are friendly and very helpful! They gave us many useful tips / suggestions during our stay. The room is huge the bathroom is big also and come with all amenities that you needs. If you don't want to walk / hike to the balloon viewpoint, just go up to the hotel rooftop...it's also one of the nice spot of balloon observation .... in the other hand, just few mins walk to the view point that you can enjoy with amazing view of many balloons launch in the early morning. Breakfast was great --- many selection of foods - cheese - fresh fruits / vegetables. Location is strategic, in the quiet area but just few mins walk you can reach to a plenty of shops / restaurants nearby.
