Our three children had the loft and it was just lovely. Very quirky and quaint. The standard double room we had was very nice. The aircon worked well in both rooms. Fridges in both rooms. Food was easily accessible in any direction from the guesthouse. It was very close to the night market for dinner.

They contacted local massage therapists to massage us at the accommodation, got us a boat tour along the river, booked us an amazing riverside restaurant with a discount and contacted a local taxi to take us to the airport with a cheap price. The breakfast is amazing! Our Ayutthaya trip could not be better without them! I will come back here and spread the word how amazing this place is!
