The guest house has family rooms. very beautiful and peaceful setting. absolutely immaculate rooms. wonderful welcome from host (he and his wife are delightful people) they are so kind and attentive and treated us so wonderfully. chalet was very high spec, spotlessly clean and very modern. rooms are comfortable, shower is lovely (try the mist setting on the shower head - it was bliss) we were welcomed with a fresh coconut drink, they served us delicious fruit from their own garden (which is huge and absolutely gorgeous) breakfast was delicious and freshly made, if you mention a food you enjoy they surprise you with it - even after a hard days work. they are the loveliest couple. we would sit on the terrace at night and watch the fireflies dance over the acres of trees and sweet smelling flowers. the island itself is gorgeous and the restaurants nearby are very reasonable and delicious with very friendly staff. I would return to this place in a heartbeat. comfortable, secure very clean and very very peaceful. we definitely found a piece of heaven in Koh Yao Yai.
