I agree too. even, If you want to go to san salvador, also that bus is take very easily near there. there is quite big supermarket. too. everything was perfact.

It very close to many different restaurants (amazing pupusas!!), a natural spring pool is just a 5 minute walk away, and the main town square is a 15 minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe and the hostel owner (Nelson) is a super cool chill dude. He does a free walking tour which I highly recommend to get acquainted with the area. He also has the cutest dog named Bush! It was such a treat getting to know them while staying at the hostel. The hostel kitchen is also well equipped and I also loved that you are able to do your own laundry here in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place!

The property offers bike hire and features a garden and sun terrace. The highlight of my stay was definitely the people. The stuff was super caring, helpful and accommodating. Gustavo, the manager of the property, was so very sweet and communicative from the moment I arrived. He received me, showed me around the place, and made everything to make me feel at home. When I left, he even walked me to the bus station himself, on his day off… way to go the extra mail. David also was wonderful, I will cherish our conversations and that delicious all organic coffee he did with raisins and peanuts on the side. Thank you David for everything. Daisy and Senhor Jose are super helpful and sweet people. They all made me feel at home. And the other travelers I meet here were such great people. I couldn’t have asked for a better time with even wonderful people. Aside of all that, the place is super clean, and spacious! I absolutely loved the opened areas, specially in the center of the house with this beautiful avocado tree giving shade to the dining area. At night there, the place becomes some what magical with all those hanging lights from the tree. It is quite nice. There is a pool table, the hangout place on the raining times. And also this cool vibe by the music that plays during the day. Oh! and I forgot to mention the all equipped kitchen. One can go crazy making all sorts of things… The location is good, walking distance from the Cathedral, Theater and City Hall. Closer to supermarket and on weekends there are several street markets close by where venders sells fresh produce. I only stayed 2 days here, I wish I couldn’t have stayed longer. I had an amazing experience in this hostel.

The beds are very comfortable. Pepe and Alex (the hosts) are super friendly. We did the volcano and lake tour with Pepe and that was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and the tour.
