Location was brilliant, amazing views of the Auckland harbour/skyline, but away from the noise/traffic of the city. We travelled between Auckland city and north shore, so Andy’s house was perfect in the middle. The house was lovely and comfortable, there was a seperate lounge shared between us and one other room, which was nice to have a bit of privacy. Massive outside deck with table/benches to work in the day/relax in the evening. Breakfast was provided, along with all the tea and coffee you could want. Finally, the host family were amazing. Andy, his young son Alan (the little property manager), plus the whole family, were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to offer suggestions/help, or leave you alone, as you prefer. All in I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to the beach, a beautiful outdoor area to sit outside with a creek running through it. The private toilets and showers were clean and spacious . There is a large kitchen available for cooking and fresh free range eggs available to purchase. It’s a very beautiful and calm space!

Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.
