They have a beautiful small pool perfect for the hottest hours of the day. Very tasty breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the center, they also have free bikes.

The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

The Wabi Sabi is a recently renovated guest house in León, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. The property was built in 1900 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The guest house provides inner courtyard views, a year-round outdoor pool, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Big comfortable bed. Aircon worked great. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean. The pool was ideal to cool off in. Good location. We arrived too early at around 11am and were able to hang around and use the pool etc until check in time.

Really nice accommodation, felt more like an air B&B. Location was great right on the beach. Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers. The vibe was amazing , everyone , guest , staff, volunteers all so welcoming and warm! Breakfast started at 8 and that was a bit late for our needs but they were very flexible and we got breakfast earlier. Friendly staff.
