The house is spacious for us (with toddler and baby). There's washing machine which helps us a lot specially when travelling. The house could occupy 5-6 guests actually but we only use 1 room. But the price is worth it. The host also provide biscuits, 3in1, Maggie, detergent (pay using duitnow). I even recommended the house to my friends and family if they're looking for homestay at Tuaran.

Got water heater with strong water tap, got own personal balcony too, clean big rooms, got fans but most of the time no need because temperature is low, personally it's a nice homestay
The place is strategically located at tourist place like anjung kinabalu & jesselton jetty. Homestay also spacious & fit for bigger group
We spent 2 nights with family and friends. We had two rooms in the cottage. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and advise. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. They serve beer and wine. The location is a 10-minute walk to the river, which was no problem. A very nice walk through the village, the locals are all very friendly, greeting, smiling. We had a great time.
The size of the room is quite ok for 6 family members. We got 2 rooms like homestay style. 1 room with 2 single beds and another room with 1 king size bed. The stayed area is quite ok. When you walk by then you can go to many places nearby. Ps, The staff gave full cooperation when we complained that the bedroom light is not functional. They changed it on the spot.
Satisfied! Great View (Sea & Garden), Great Location, Great Accomodation and Great Host too! ☺️ The place is really well taken of by the host and very clean space. The host is very friendly and understanding too on our check in/out timing. Totally RECOMMENDED to stay in this homestay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would love to bring my family for holiday stay in this homestay again one day!
