He even made the manual with all the tips you need to get to the apartment, to buy something in surrounding shops and how to use appliances in the apartment . He made big effort to make everything easier for his customers.We smiled all the time. :)

Yumi was particularly very helpful and has kept the property in a very spotless manner. The bathrooms although shared had all the amenities including premium toiletries. There's also a shared kitchen if you want to cook your own food and they have stocked limited (included) noodles, coffee and chocolates. The place is hardly 10 mins walk from Sakurajosui station and has direct connectivity to Shinjuku station. There's also a few eateries that stay open till late, plus few Gyudon restaurants that serve 24/7 with 7-eleven and Family Mart nearby. Overall an exceptional property if you want peace of mind and home-like stay.

The twin room was comfy, the location was so close to Haneda airport, the WiFi was good and the shower was amazing. The best thing however was Hisayo the host. Warm, welcoming and so helpful!
