This property is in a fabulous location on the river. It’s a lovely old fashioned hotel. We had a large room with a balcony which had great views of the river and the bridge. It has extra facilities like a tea room with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. It has laundry facilities and offers free parking. The staff are friendly and we’re very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with a great host and super helpful staff. The place is whisper quiet, very spacious and comfortable and has great AC. It is very central to all the sites in Venice. I didn’t mind having to climb the thee floors at all and the view on the canal and the place was unbeatable.

Renato is a great host and very willing to help. He worries with his guests and he helps the best of his ability. You just need to be patient and to LISTEN to him. His advices really made the best of my experience in Venice. I will definitely return and I’ll recommend him. Don’t wait for lux. Renato has a very simple house but very clean and tidy. You also have a key to close the door of the room and he gives you 100% privacy. He was kind enough to invite me for dinner and a small tour between the streets of Venice.

Casa Esvael is a converted private home, in a dignified building in a street containing palazzi of great architectural value. It is comfortable and elegant, with antique furniture, but a splendidly modern bathroom. The gentleman (I presume the owner) who met me on arrival was very courteous.
Excellent historic building, excellent furniture with masterpieces of carpentry, very lovely host family, fabulous house keeping. Location very central in Padua, and still there was perfect quiecy. We came there for work and had a fabulous environment both for work and leisure.
Amazing place....felt incredibly authentic and peaceful...such a beautiful view of the boats passing. Host was such a cool person. Decor amazing. It was nice not staying in a commercial hotel with loads of other tourists. Private jetty was a nice feature. Epic location so close to La Fenice Theatre, and located in a quite spot away from the heavy tourists routes. Felt like your own private home in Venice. 10\10.
Great Hostel. Very clean, very safe. The atmosphere is exactely as it should be. There is so much life in the common areas, with rich opportunities for solo travellers to meet new people from all over the world. The hostel does a lot for the life as well such as parties with a DJ, bartender and dancefloor which is so much fun. The hostel opens the door to otsiders on those nights, so you get to meget the locals as well. Warm recomendations for this hostel. Difinitely a winner. And Venice is only 10 minus away by train. It is so easy.
