Delightful last night stay in Rome. We are sorry we didn't plan to stay longer in this lovely place. Piedra even offered to drive us to a lovely restaurant, but we were a little too exhausted. We had an early flight and our lovely hosts also organised a taxi for us. They were so patient with us as we speak no Italian.
This is an outstanding apartment. Excellent location - both for those, who are about to embark an cruiseship and those visiting the town. Perfect view from the terrace. Spotlessly clean. The apartment is well equiped and has everything you need for a stay. Massimo is a great host! We totally recommend hos property!
Great place to stay. I travel a lot for business and stay in many places and this place was perfect. Great host who did everything to help and ensure the stay was as great as it should be . I would highly recommend this place to stay. It was described exactly how it was. Only 3 min walk to the centre of town and train to Rome. Excellently and newly renovated. Great host AAA+++
Serena is a great host and doing everything for her guest to have a comfertable stay. The locating is in a relaxing and nice area where you are close to the beach, a few resturants and a little shop with the basic groceries you might need. Everything is clean and Serene is very helpful and easy to communicate with.
The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. They showed us on a map where everything was in the town, and advised us on the cheapest and best modes of transport, best restaurants that locals eat at and which over priced tourist restaurants we should avoid.
It was all very good and a very good host
Lovely hosts, Sabrina and Flavia are super welcoming and very kind ladies. Francesco is a bonus, very nice and friendly, young gentleman 👌. Very comfortable, beautiful and clean accommodation with well equipped kitchen in a perfect location, lovely atmosphere. We felt like home from home.

One of the best solutions in the last years. This is not a hotel, but private home and here You really can feel You at home. I thank very much the owners for hospitality. Everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. It is close to train station and Rome centre can be reached easily. I really hope once to come back here. Grazie mille!!!
