This recently renovated guest house is located 1.2 km from Miramare Beach and 300 metres from Fiabilandia. The accommodation provides private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. That was the best stay I have ever had so far in Booking. Katia was so helpful from beginning to end. The place was beautiful, huge, so clean and smelling beautiful. Amenities were lovely. My room was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place. Also check the ice cream store downstairs. They're fantastic as well.
Ravenna
Featuring a shared lounge and views of city, Sinfonia 23 is a recently renovated guest house located in Ravenna, 500 metres from Ravenna Station. It is situated 13 km from Mirabilandia and features a housekeeping service. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. It was very close to the city center. The room is very clean and tidy, the shower was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to cater for us.

I reccomend Terra Fina with whole my heart. One of the most beautifull place I"ve ever been! Great localizatuon, very helpfull staff, the garden and rooms made with super taste, The break fast also very nice... This is one of the places you MUST visit!

It is situated 2.9 km from Pinarella Beach and provides luggage storage space. The guest house has private entrance. Very lovely room close to the canal with exceptional care. I felt welcome and like home away from home, not like a number in a clinical hotel.

This was our second visit and I can only confirm things from my first review. Wonderful host, location close to Mirabilandia, clean and comfortable appartment and a superb breakfast, all my family could wish for. We are definitely coming back!

If you want to visit Ravenna you should stay at la maison de theatre. A very nice central spot from where you can visit all the wonderful mosaics, shops and churches. Lovely host, artistic interior, good breakfast, clean and a good bed. I’ll go back :-).
The location was perfect away from the city rush, but still easy to reach the touristy area on foot or by bus. The bus station was 1 minute away from the hotel, so a big advantage. The room was decent and the sea view amazing. Being out of season, many restaurants and bars were closed, but still managed to find some open and visited by locals. The beach was so close that you could take the coffee mug and enjoy it on the sand and in the heat of the sun.

The property is in a perfect location across from the Basilica, surrounded by the central streets of Ravenna. A welcome of drinks and antipasto set the scene for a relaxed, intimate and well curated beginning to our vacation. The linen was crisp and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The bathroom was large and looked over a beautiful courtyard. Perfect room overlooking a courtyard garden just demonstrated the attention to detail and the quality of the property. Fantastic as always, great host Francesco, it has become like a second home for me in italy,a beautiful garden and balcony, lunch/dinner is in the same compound, the restaurant Al Passatore, full of delights..

My room was spacious, light and had a nice balcony, which was great to sit out on and enjoy the sunsets. The location was great - 4 minutes to the train station, and as Ravenna is quite small I could walk everywhere within 15 minutes. Lucla was a great host, she was funny and warm, made me coffee in the morning and helped with my laundry. She also let me pet the dogs so long as it didn’t bother other guests - they’re the cutest dogs! Many thanks Lucla, I hope to see you again!
