The host Manish & his entire family is so welcoming. They will take care of you like a family member. Room was super clean. Bed was super clean. Bathroom was too super clean. This was my second time with them and I would highly recommend this place.

I liked that the stay was pretty much like a home stay clean and with a reasonable price. The food was homely. And the location is also good where you could find all small stores. The caretaker Devashish took extra care of my dad as he was not well. 5 star for the hospitality.

The area the property is in is good for tourism but the location of the hotel is hard to find. Even locals hadn’t any idea.
Breakfast was really good and the people were amazing. Overall it was a really comfortable stay with really good hosts.
The staff is nice and friendly. Just for me was strange why if in booking request was mentioned that I order with breakfast, confirmed without it? Also on Booking I mentioned that I need pick-up from airport, but it wasn't confirmed and made. Breakfast in general is suitable for locals, but for me not much, but it was opportunity to taste Indian cuisine 😂
Ac in all areas, good security, well equipped kitchen, water dispenser, wasn't hard to find reasonably priced food nearby, multiple mini marts within walking distance. While the area its located in looks sketchy, I found the locals around the hostel very friendly. Just book it
This is a good hostel. Beds are very comfortable and offer privacy with curtains. The dorm was also kept very cool with air con and a fan - essential for Mumbai in the summer. Great Wi-Fi and the bathrooms and showers are numerous. Breakfast is good for a hostel breakfast too.
The people are really friendly and helpful, Diviya is particularly good at anticipating your needs and makes a great hostess. I do like the particular attention paid to us as individuals (not corporate booking), ensuring we are satisfied. 2nd time there so far since February. We lobe the lounge too, excellent service there. Plus, we did get a lovely upgrade!!
My stay in Hotel Gulshan Grand has been a great experience. The hotel patron is a great host. I was not treated as a customer but as a member of the family. This privilege was not just extended to me but to a few others who had checked in here. They too shared this view with me. There is no pressure to do and not do things. One feels here a sense of home away from home.
