The guesthouse is on Gado-Gado hill and it is close to the paragliding base. Perfect sunset view.

Borja y Yuyun (the owners) are very caring and even after just few days the place felt more like a home away from home. It’s one of the best places I have stayed and I highly recommend it!

The family that runs the homestay are nice and knowledgeable and happy to give advice on my stay in Beristagi. The mum also took the time to take me along with part of her day because I was interested in shopping at the traditional market. My stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

Guests can make use of the picnic area or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the lake and river. I stayed at the place for 2 nights, had a great tour with two guides working with the cheeky monkey. We saw monkeys, Orangutans(my two guides found them after about 2 hours of Trekking in the jungle), turtle, insects, plants, did a great tour for one day. Including rafting for about +/- 50 Euros/USD. The food in the cheeky monkey is quite expensive compared to other places in bukit lawang but it was really good. It definitely a recommendation, try the Gado-Gado - a vegetarian food. Chris from Austria

The tours with Smiley and Triima are so fun and authentic. If you'll come to Berastagi without staying here, you will miss out! + the breakfast is delicious and the bed very comfy.

Fun Family Guest House n Jungle Tour is offering accommodation in Bukit Lawang. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This 2-star guest house offers private entrance. Accommodation with a great view and a great restaurant right across the river. The owner, Putra, was very helpful and positive. There was nothing he couldn't arrange. I especially recommend going on a jungle trek with him because he definitely knows what he's doing.

Situated in Krui, Walur Surf Villa offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Walur Beach and offers various facilities, such as a garden and barbecue facilities. This homestay features free private parking and room service. This was an awesome place to stay, it’s clean and simple in a great location. However, what sets this villa apart is the owner, Frenki. He is very kind and is able to help you with anything you need. He organized us car rides, scooter rentals, and visa extensions. During our stay we got sick, he took us to the doctor and helped us get antibiotics. At the hospital my brother needed stitches, he dropped everything to come right away to help us. Night after night he showed us great local places to eat. Frenki really cares about his guests and wants them to enjoy krui. I would highly recommend staying here!
