Located 200 metres from Keri Beach and 2 km from Marathonisi Beach, Peyko Rooms in Kerion provides air-conditioned accommodation with views of the sea and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house features family rooms. The rooms are simple, in traditional Greek style. The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

The property is soundproof and is situated 1.6 km from Kryoneri Beach. Great location, a roomy shower, which is rare, and the Tsoukalas group helped us with whatever we needed. Extremely accommodating and nice people

The property was very clean and had all the stated amenities, central to Zakynthos town and only a 5 min walk to the port. The hosts were very helpful and understanding and dealt with any request.

As all previous reviews have pointed out - the host of the property is absolutely wonderful. The house itself is of course also lovely but Luisa adds that "extra" that is usually not expected and that is very heartwarming. The room had everything necessary, looked well thought out, had a pretty terrace with nice view and the overall area is quiet and perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are good restaurants, little quiet (pebble) beaches and a store in the area. Also there's a possibility close by to book a tour on a boat around the northern tip of the island which should be a must-do when in Zakynthos.
