In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside. Definitely it's an excellent place to stay for a few days. It's really near to Portree center, like 13 minutes walking. The room has all the necessary things to have a pleasant stay and the bed is so comfortable. The host is very kind and warm. Even he left us some stuff in the fridge like yogurts, orange juice, jam, cheese, etc. We really appreciate that. We would come back for sure! Thank you for making us feel like home.

Set 13 km from Portree, just 41 km from Talisker Distillery, Seal Cottage offers beachfront accommodation with a garden, a private beach area, a terrace and free WiFi. With lake views, this accommodation provides a patio. It was a beautiful spot near the beach. The owner left cereal, milk, and other amenities for breakfast. There was also nice little touches from the owner in the cottage that made it feel homey. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Jonathan and Simone were warm and friendly. The location was perfect. The food was absolutely amazing. Simone thought of everything....coffee machine in rooms, a little flashlight, wash cloths (hard to come by in Scotland!), Q-tips, a make-up mirror, teas, a mini fridge, and so much more. This was one stop on our tour of Scotland, but the next time we are on vacation, we are going to stay here for a week or 2 to just relax. It is truly the best place ever!

The owners were exceptional, and provided us with a late check in with no problems. Our room was clean, tidy, and with anything you might need in it. The bathrooms were great. The breakfast was exceptional. I can’t wait to stay here again when we come back to explore more on the Isle of Skye!
