Boasting a garden and views of garden, Braeside Guest House, Loch Lomond is a guest house set in a historic building in Drymen, 18 km from Mugdock Country Park. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. We were walking the West Highland Way and this was a perfect location within easy walking distance of places to eat dinner. We stayed in the pod, which was modern, clean and quiet.

This was such a great place to stay. James was super nice and welcoming, the guesthouse is beautiful and well located and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. At the guest house, all rooms have a desk, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. All guest rooms at Birchwood Guest Lodge come with a seating area. The rooms gave out a unique atmosphere of coziness. We liked the unique way the beds were turning from sofas to beds, but we would also love it if they were a little wider. The room was spacious enough, and so was the internal private bathroom. The owners seemed friendly and caring.

This 4-star guest house is set within a 19th-century Victorian building overlooking Kelvingrove Park with excellent views across Glasgow. Only 20 minute walk from Glasgow’s centre, the Alamo Guest House sits within the West End, close to Sauchiehall and Argyle Streets restaurants and bars. Feels like home. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. Great location. Fantastic breakfast.

Lovely people/hosts, lovely apartment, made to feel very much at home. Myself and my 12 year old junior loved it. highly recommended. Quiet area too, which is a bonus.
