The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathtub was a lovely bonus after a long day exploring the city. The room disposed of everything we needed and the selection of teas and coffee was much appreciated. The host was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

The property features city and quiet street views, and is 3.5 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. It was sparkling clean and well equipped. Just across the road from the beach. Wonderful helpful and friendly hosts and very tasty home baking! Highly recommend:)

Located within 41 km of Eurotunnel UK and 44 km of Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park in Rye, Magnolia House, Rye features accommodation with seating area. It is situated 44 km from Leeds Castle and offers a housekeeping service. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Me and my friend stayed at Magnolia House for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The house is located very close to the train station and to the city center. Javed, the host, and his staff are really nice people, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable (pillows and mattress are amazing!), same for the bathroom with a big shower box. The entire house is eco-sustainable. Breakfast was just something else! You can help yourself with several fruit juices, tea, coffe, home-made yogurt (addicting!!!), bread, cereals, home-made marmalade, fruits and so on, while they will cook you what you can choose from their amazing menu. Dogs are welcome! Highly recommended! Definitely a 10 star option if you stay in lovely Rye!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Gyves House is an AA 4-star gold rated Victorian house situated just 30 yards from the Eastbourne seafront. The Pier is 6 minutes' walk from the property and the town centre just 10 minutes' walk. Nobody is perfect but Gyves House is fairly close. Nice stylish accommodation with enthusiastic owners preparing exquisite breakfast, spacious enough room having all the necessary stuff. The house is in a quiet street, just a few steps away from the beach promenade, there is some distance to be covered to the very center of the city, but there are significantly less drunks and tramps around, which seems to be one of the Eastbourne's plagues.

Views over the gardens and the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from each room at Wartling Place. A flat-screen TV with DVD player, en-suite bathroom and tea/coffee facilities are also provided. Amazing place. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts: Rowena is charming and very welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and the house is wonderful. It’s like going to visit a family member. Can’t recommend highly enough.

All rooms at Beach Front are en suite with a shower, and many enjoy beautiful sea views. In addition, all rooms have a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. The location is perfect! Rooms are clean. Staffs are kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. It was one of the best places we stayed so far. We did not stay in a room with sea view, but you can definitely consider a room with view. The view of hotel is remarkable!

Really enjoyable stay, great sleep, lovely breakfast and just over the road from the beach

The property is located central to the taxi stand if walking. Rick and Carl were amazing hosts, making sure our every need was met. They went over and beyond to assist us during our stay and to make sure we were always comfortable. They made our stay feel truly like a home away from home. I highly recommend Number 46 whenever visiting Hastings.
