The room was excellent, tea, coffee and fresh milk were provided. Breakfast was perfect, a great start to the day!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property has city and quiet street views, and is 1.1 km from Beacon Cove Beach. Guests can make use of a terrace. We loved everything from the hosts down to the bed sheets. Exceptional value for money and the 2 small bottles of complimentary wine in the fridge were fab. Breakfast was fit for a king and all freshly made. Excellent location for the town centre and local theatre. Highly recommended for a couple of days away from work and kids.
Exeter

Great location for walking and exploring, staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was generous and tasty. We enjoyed our short stay and saw all the sites we hoped to do. Quiz night was fun and locals very friendly. Shame we came last but Gary kindly gave us the quiz to take away as a souvenir. 😊

Excellent what a perfect find, our dog was very welcomed, wonderful hosts, especially if you have a love of dogs which we have and we met the hosts dogs, lovely hosts, who greatly respected our privacy whilst at the same time were very friendly without being too much! Lovely village of Chudleigh with friendly locals, plenty of places for dog walks, nice village and wonderful views of Dartmoor from the accommodation. We would definitely stay again for a relaxing stay, altogether most enjoyable, first rate accommodation of the highest standard.
Staying here is like being in a private home. The staff of all descriptions are simply outstanding, smiling all the time, and the Victorian garden is splendid. The cuisine is good, including the great breakfast menu, and the room could not be better. One of the biggest assets was the excellent value for money. This was my second stay, and I shall visit again next year.
The Bickford Arms Inn is tucked away in the countryside. It has a lovely outdoor area and fast charging points if you own an electric car. You can reach the North Devon coast in about half-hour. The bar area is cosy and lively with locals. The food is good and the owners are lovely hosts.
Breakfast was not applicable as this is a private home. In terms of location it was only a 15 minute walk to a long stay car park, but there was plenty of parking for drop off and collection of luggage or free parking around the streets in Topsham after 6pm
