The room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet as well even though I was in the front of the guest house. Breakfast choices were many and it was delicious.

Amazing stay again in this awesome guesthouse, Dianne always gives you a warm welcome and has lots of lovely stories and insights into the local area , rooms are excellent and the breakfast is always delicious, local area is simply stunning with nice restaurants and lovely wee shops and friendly locals . Great host, excellent breakfast, comfortable room.
Stephen and Lesley are amazing, lovely hosts, we felt immediately at home. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet, the breakfast delicious, we hope to return another time!
Lovely converted old building forming a small but well equipped two person ‘granny flat’. Very quiet peaceful location within easy walking distance to Ballater centre, nice secluded outdoor seating area. Nice homely touches to the decor made it feel very welcoming. Look forward to a return visit soon!
