It was in a nice quiet spot sufficiently far enough from the city square but close enough for a leisurely walk. The staff at reception on arrival and departure were fantastic and extremely helpful and courteous.. Well done> I also had the pleasure of meeting Carol (owner) at breakfast yesterday morning for a brief chat. All in all a wonderful stayover and a hotel I will recommend further on my travels.

Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The B&B is ideally located within walking distance of the key sites, yet removed enough from the centre to provide a quiet spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The room was very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated. However, what makes Chestnuts exceptional is the delightful host, Toni, & thoughtful touches such as the homemade sweet treats left in the room each day. It was lovely to have a small piece of cake with a cup of tea. It was also nice that there was fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfasts were extraordinary & among the best I have ever had at a hotel or B&B. I was surprised by the choice on the menu, allowing for something different each morning (e.g. delicious full English, eggs Royal with smoked salmon, eggs Florentine). Toni was easy to communicate with, prompt in responding to queries in advance of arrival & a wonderful host. It was a fantastic experience & we very much look forward to a future opportunity to stay at Chestnuts B&B again.

Overlooking the historic centre of Bath, Grays Boutique is a family-run bed and breakfast set in a welcoming Victorian villa with a garden. Only a 10-minute walk from Bath Train Station, it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Most luxurious B&B we’ve ever stayed in!! Our room was spotless, bed extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Walk in shower was huge! Breakfast was first class with many options, including Eggs Benedict! It was delicious!! Eliza and the staff were very attentive and efficient!! We loved our stay there.

The property has city views and is 500 metres from The Circus Bath and 700 metres from Royal Crescent. Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Room was spacious, clean and just like the photos; not shown in the photos was the absolutely lovely bathroom- the shower was divine! Great view looking out the window.

This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service. University of Bath is 2.7 km away and Oldfield Park Train Station is 3 km from the guest house. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the Abbey, Roman Baths, dining etc. We can’t say enough with regard to the total experience, cleanliness, breakfast, and the very helpful owner Steve. We have no reservations about recommending this property to anyone.
