Friendly and very helpful staff. Location a short walk uphill from the city centre. Good parking and charging possibilities for our electric car.

Chestnuts House has a wonderful location from which to enjoy the historic city of Bath. The house is situated off the main roads and next to Henrietta Park, but it is just a short, level stroll from the city centre, with its many attractions, restaurants and excellent shopping centre. The place was cozy, clean, friendly, close to town, great breakfast, family like atmosphere

Only a 10-minute walk from Bath Train Station, it offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Delightful room, at the top of this characterful house on the hill above Bath. Very clean and comfortable. I slept very well despite a major storm outside. The staff were very helpful, particularly Emily and the breakfast team, making sure I had all I needed as a vegan, including a scrumptious breakfast. Having parking on site was very useful and I enjoyed the walk into town and even the walk back up the hill via the little hidden pathways.

The 4-star bed and breakfast is only 3 miles from Bath, which is famous for The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, Bath Abbey and Pultney Bridge. The whole dam lot. What a privilage to stay here. Gilly was fantastic, went out of her way to make us feel welcome .Recommend to anyone who doesnt want a boring hotel experience. Here for two nights. Would gladly come back.

At the homestay, each unit has bed linen and towels. I liked the feel of the place. It's an amazing building having been constructed in the year 1791. I had the whole 3rd Floor to myself which consisted of a large bedroom and a large bathroom.
