Host couldn't do more for you showed us around the property, gave us all the info we needed, very accommodating. Priority was spotless, and the bed was so comfy, couldn't ask for more will definitely be back.

Every possible amenity, spotlessly clean, good wifi, off-street parking. Wonderful breakfast ordered the previous evening and brought to the chalet at the requested time. Outstandingly good.

It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. Absolutely fabulous breakfast. Great location. Lovely comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. James is a wonderful host. His guest house is exceptional in spaciousness, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very very comfortable which unfortunately differentiated it from many others we have slept in.

Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
