Host couldn't do more for you showed us around the property, gave us all the info we needed, very accommodating. Priority was spotless, and the bed was so comfy, couldn't ask for more will definitely be back.

Beaches is a small family-run guest house featuring a large private garden with gated access to Ayr’s sandy beach. It's set just 5 minutes’ walk from Ayr’s centre with its shopping, dining, and nightlife. The room was spotless. The food was divine. The owner of the guesthouse was a perfect hostess, as was her daughter also. The location of the guesthouse was ideal.....right beside the beach and the promenade, which we enjoyed a lot.

All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and a cosy seating area. The hotel is a beautiful building, with a lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. After excellent communication with Diane before our arrival, we were warmly greeted by James, who provided us with very good recommendations for local meals and services. Location is very convenient. Our room (deluxe double) was large, with a big, comfortable bed, an armchair, and a loveseat by the bay window. Parking is available right at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. 😊

Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
