The hostess was very appreciative that we had booked the room although we were expecting something different than that which was presented. We had trouble finding the location as it was way off course outside the city center. We decided to stay as the hostess made a good impression and we had sympathy for her situation. As it turned out we had an excellent stay and are appreciative for her hospitality.

Absolutely magical place and incredible people. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in and my family didn't want to leave. The house is truly an architectural gem, the hosts go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious with local produce and jams, the village is welcoming and we even enjoyed an art exhibit. really one of the most wonderful experiences!

Our bedroom and en suite had been tastefully modernised and were spotlessly clean. A generous breakfast featuring local produce was supplemented with a selection of home-made jams and marmalades. Superb!

Very modern and spotlessly clean. Superb views from our balcony over the vineyards and rooftops of the charming and quiet village of Solutre. Romain and his staff were great hosts. He even gave us a degustation of his wines - which were superb. Breakfast was like dining at home - totally laid back and casual. There’s also a superb restaurant just 150 meters from the property Les Courtilles de Solutre which Romain booked for us even before we arrived! The area is a wine lovers and hikers paradise with loads of Vignobles to choose from and the Roches de Solutre and de Vergisson to climb.

Yannick is a very welcoming host, the room was spacious and comfy with access to the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely go back there to explore the Morvan region!
